InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.

I am getting the following message:

InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.
InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem, contact your system
administrator.
Form template:
file:///\\rmnc36\Home$\Mary.Gregory\Msoffice\MSAccess\MeetingActivities\Meeting%20Activity%20Log.xsn
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject:
qry_MeetingsActivity_2009Quarter2
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
[0x80040E07][Microsoft Office Access Database Engine] Data type mismatch in
criteria expression.

I am trying to put quarterly reports in my application, I have several which
are Quarter1, Quarter2, Quarter3, & Quarter4. I thought I was linked to all
of them in Access, however I keep getting this message when I Publish the
form and then try to open it.

Can you help?

Thanks,
MEG

Hi,
What is the type of the data connection ‘qry_MeetingsActivity_2009Quarter2’?
If it is a db connection, make sure that you have permissions to access that.

It is connected to an Access DB and I do have permissions.
