InfoPath drop-down link to WSS Picture Library breaks

I have an InfoPath drop-down list that automatically populates with
the file names of pictures in a WSS picture library. When I preview
the form, everything works, but when I publish the form and open it
from SharePoint, the drop-down list is empty. This only happens when
I'm trying to populate the drop-down list with values from a picture
library. Is this a known bug? Is anyone else experiencing the same
problem?
