infopath drop down menus

trying to update msaccess database using infopath form. data source is drop
down menu and infopath doesnt save the info into the fields.

Can you use InfoPath to write (for example) a tab-delimited text file
containing the information from the data source underlying the InfoPath
form? You could check via Notepad that the correct information is
stored, then import that into Access.
