InfoPath e-mail

I am not familiar with InfoPath, but it appears to be somewhat simple and
easy to use. I am wanting to use InfoPath to collect data that I can use to
generate letter and e-mail back to person entering data. The person entering
data will be off site and not connected via network. Can the person enter
data onto a form that I generate through InfoPath without having access to
InfoPath?
