InfoPath Import

I am trying to import a document into InfoPath. The InfoPath Wizard tells me
it cannot import the document because of of the following reasons. The
reasons dialog box is empty. I am wondering how to determine what is wrong
with the document so I can import this document. The document opens in Word
correctly. I have converted the docx to a doc and I still get the same
problem.

I had the same problem. The Word document was protected (read-only).
Open the document in Word and choose 'unprotect' from the tools menu.
Save the document and try to import again.
