InfoPath SDK - InfoPath to Word

Lenore Benefield

Microsoft Office 2003 Developer Resources\Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003
SDK\Tools\WordPrint\wizard.hta

In the last step, "To generate an XSLT file from your document, click Finish"

I keep getting the following error:
"Program:C:\Windows\System32\mshta.exe
Abnormal Program Termination
Abort Retry Cancel"

It doesn't matter if I choose Abort, Retry or Cancel. The program ends and
that's it. I tried looking this up all over microsoft KB and other support
areas. I really need some help. Thank you!

Hi,

Try manually registering the following files using Regsvr32.exe:

html2xhtml.dll
ImageDecode.dll
WordPrint.dll

The first file should be at: C:\program Files\Microsoft Office 2003
Developer Resources\Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 SDK\Tools and the last 2
at: C:\program Files\Microsoft Office 2003 Developer Resources\Microsoft
Office InfoPath 2003 SDK\Tools\WordPrint

I hope this helps!

Thank you!!

I just did this from the command line and it worked. Yesterday, I tried the
same and it did not work. I think yesterday I registered only the 2 dlls that
were in the WordPrint folder.

Now I can move on with this project. (Hopefully, meet the deadline)

Hi Scott,
I am getting the same error as the Lenore. Am tried your suggestion below
(however I think I am not go about it correctly) [I did check and see if
wordprint.dll was registered and it's in the registry]
Can you please provide more direction on how to register those files you
listed below? I get a "specific module cannot be found" error.
Thanks for any and all help!
