Infopath to Access local - help

Newbie who needs help

I created an access database (local) then created infopath form using the
field in access via the wizard to connect the database.
But when I go to check and fill out the forms in infopath and hit submit -
Error: InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error occurred while the form was
being submitted. Details: InfoPath cannot connect to the data source, Access
is denied.

1. I am under the administrator log in
2. everything is local
3. permission is unrestricted access (in Infopath)

So what's going on. Is it that difficult to make it work right?
