Infopath to custom sharepoint list

Hi

I am fairly new to both WSS and InfoPath.


i am trying to create a system where a form is submitted to a form
library then once approved the data is submitted to a previously made
custom list. I have the form library and workflow working fine but
have been unable to work out a way to automatically export the data
to
my list.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
