InfoPath web form - email submit

Hi,

I have an InfoPath form published in SharePoint library. Everything works
fine except the "Email" button. "Email" button uses a secondary submit Data
Connection which sends an email to address specified on the form. When in
preview, the email is sent correctly. When run as a web form I get:
Some rules were not applied.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.

Nothing in the 12 hive logs.

To troubleshoot the issue, I have created a basic form: text box and button
only and tried publishing to another server. Still getting an error.

The problem was related to SMTP configuration.
