Infopath

My organization currently deploys Office 2000, can we use Infopath 2003 or
2007 for exporting form to a laptop with Office 2000 being installed on the
same device?

To my knowledge you can run InfoPath 2003 or 2007 on its own, however it is
only licensed with the Office suite. Also email would not be compatible
between versions.
