Information Box at startup

I get a information box at sartup saying that Customer Mananager has added files to Outlook and to enable macros when prompted. Why do I get this Information box and how do I stop coming up every toime I start Outlook?

"Some files added to Outlook contain macros.Be bsure to click Enable Macros
when prompted to ensure that Customer Manager functions correctly.
