'information not available'

would anybody know why a user would appear as 'information not available' in
the calendar when scheduling and when everything is explicitly set to show 12
months in advance (set and unchangeable by the user)? August 31st is the last
day we can see anything in her calendar. After that it is not available.

What version of Outlook? What version of Exchange? What is set on
Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Free/Busy Options?

Both 2003--free busy/option is grayed out and set at 12 months. Unchangeable
by user.
