Hi,
When I open certain e-mails, I keep getting a message saying
"Information Service not configured. Please select from one of the
available information services" The dialog pops up the Outlook pst
directory. This happens a number of times. I just cancel them each
time, and eventually it goes away, but when I look in my folders there
are a load of duplicate personal folder files. (one for each time i
cancelled)
What is going on? I am using Outlook XP and it only happens when I
open certain e-mails, normally sales e-mails.
