I'm in a situation where my job only allows me to get
into Project about once a month (!) to update with our
progress on multiple projects and determine if our
quarterly goals are realistic. I'm not a Project
Manager, that's just one of my job duties. When I
finally get into Project and go to adjust dates to bring
them up to speed with our actual schedule, I end up
adjusting all task dates of the project manually. Any
suggestions on how to make this process easier? Seems
like any task in the past is immovable and I don't know
what else to do but delete those tasks. Would be useful
to keep all old project information for future use.
thanks
