Inhouse mails invisble in outlook

Hello

We're using a hosted exchange solution, and one of the users cannot see mails from others from the same domains in Outlook.
However if he uses Outlook webmail they show up fine..
Any ideas to what could be the issue?

Cached Exchange mode enabled or not?
