initialization on outlook

On outlook I had my business contacts but now cannot access them. They
appear in the list but when I click on them, theirs no further windows.

Do you get any errors ? Can you check if Business Tools is avalaible else go
to help > About Microsoft Outlook > Disabled items and enable the same
