Initialsetup issue - repost

I have successfully created the ProjectServer db in SQL using setupdb.cmd;
and have added the login accounts MSProjectServerUser and MSProjectUser.
When I run the Project server installation CD and get to the screen where it
asks for
the login accounts (ie MSProjectServerUser and MSProjectUser and their
passwords) it tells me that there is an ADO problem with SQL Server! error
127. Have you any ideas what the problem may be as I don't recall comming
across that previously. thanks in advance.
