OK, so as noted in my last post
"Upgrade to Groove 2007 ....fails", I use Groove a lot and I have been
trying to return to my happy 3.1 place ...
Apparently, since I installed it as part of the Office2007 Enterprise suite,
I can't uninstall it by itself ... and if I just try to upgrade it from the
3.1 installer, I get two really interesting messages:
1) " unable to continue due to error initializing binary file store ... the
database is in an incompatible format"
2) " A problem was encountered ... PLEASE CONTACT GROOVE SUPPORT!"
Can anyone help me with either message? especially #2?
