INK Annotations function in a protected sheet

Hi Porfessionals,

I am using IBM tablet PC. I have a problem with INK ANNOTATIONS function in
Excel. As we created a form in Excel (version 2003) for customers to fill in.
We protected the form to prevent customer from editing on any formulas and
headlines.

However, we also require customer to sign at the bottom of the form
(soft-copy) using Ink Annotation. It seems this function is blocked after the
worksheet being protected. Does anyone know how to enable this Ink Annotation
function in a protected Excel worksheet?

Greatly appreciate your help!

Tina
