inline with text option not available

A client is using Win2K/Office 2K. She is pasting a chart into Word using
Paste Special, picture. When she goes to Format, Picture, Layout, all options
are available except In Line with text. Others can go into the same file and
they have the option available. Ran an Office repair - still not available.

We tried all the options - still doesn't work. She emailed me the file and I
have the inline with text option available. I also have Win2K/Office 2K. Any
other ideas???

Yep - renamed Normal.dot to oldNormal.dot, ran off Office repair both from
Add/Remove programs and from the Help menu, deleted the registry key and
reinstalled Word. Strange, isn't it???
