Inner join and Left Join

How I can give Left join, Inner join together in one sql

I have three table

1. Employee, 2. Department . 3. Salary

I need to give

Inner join Employee with Department
Left Join Employee with Department

I assume you are getting the Ambiguous Outer Join error. Take a look at
