I am using Office XP in an Office 2000 environment, with
Word as my email editor. Both Office 2K and XP exist on
the PC.
When I receive an email and open it for the first time,
none of the menu options can be opened or receive the
focus. I have to close the email using the 'x' in the
upper right corner and reopen the email to respond.
This annoying at best and I'd like to overcome it.
