input from a user, repeat itself in specific fields?

I am writing some technical documentation. Based on end-user entered data, i
would like to repeat that input into specifi fields. Example: a user opens a
troubleshooting doco, and enters a server name, i want that input to be
autofilled into the directions so that the same name doesnt have to be
retyped, and so that the user can copy/paste a command which included that
server name.

Sounds like you need a Database solution, but you request is too vague to provide any help
