you can freeze the top rows. select a cell (B4, for
example) and then go to window/freeze pane. This will
freeze the top three tows and the first column. If you
move down you will always see the top three rows (and the
first column) and if you move to the right you will always
see the first column (and the first three rows at the top).
To un-freeze go to window/unfreeze...
Also, you can split the screen view. Move your cursor to
the right side of the spreadsheet to just above the up
arrow on the scroll bar. your cursor should change shape.
click and drag to you desired row. You can know be active
in either the top or the bottom section. Hard to explain,
so give it a try.
