We are frustrated with the way that BCM adds contacts to our database. We
use the "Email Auto Link" feature, but it only adds the email address of the
contact. Is there any way to click a button when an email is highlighted
that would bring up a dialog box to allow us to add more information? Right
now, we have to auto-link the email and then go into the database, search for
the new contact and then add more information. There must be an easier way.
