Insert a recoed from a form to a subform

Dear All

i have 3 forms (form&sub form) and another form i want to insert a record
from the independece form and that record will be inserted directly to the
subfom and so i can choose many records from that form and every time when i
chose the record it will be inserted automaticaly to that subform (iam using
sql server 2000 back end and access 2003 front end)

so please any ideas to help me

best approach here - to insert records to underlying table of subform using
insert query and then requery subform
