Insert a sound from Windows Media Player?

How can i insert a sound from Windows Media player into a powerpoint slide?

Do you mean a WMA file? Just use Insert > Movies and Sounds > Sound from File.
If you've tried this and experienced a problem please give us a lot more detail
including your version of PowerPoint and Windows and any messages you receive.
