"Insert" button on keyboard

Hello - our company has recently upgraded to MS Office 2007 and we've been
having difficulties with the "Insert" button on our keyboard - it no longer
seems to work. Any suggestions? Thanks!

In Word 2007, Word Options, Advanced check the box to enable the insert key
to control Overtype Mode.
