insert columns

Hey guys,
For some reason I have a worksheet that I cant insert a column into.

Any reason why?? It gives me an error message:

"to prevent loss of data excel cannot shift nonblank cells of
worksheet....."

but Idon't know what to do to fix it and why is it giving me this?
