Insert copied cells not highlighted

Hi there

Please help me. I find that all of a sudden if I copy cells and want to
insert them in between other cells the 'insert copied cells' function isn't
highlighted and isn't an option any more.

If you can't paste the cell either it may be that the sheet is protected so
try unprotecting.

The sheet is not protected. What do I do now?
