insert datatype and description columns to reverse engineered data

Our company needs a data dictionary for all of our database table columns.
Visio Enterprise Architect reverse engineered the database.
The resultant database tables have 2 columns (not database table columns but
Microsoft Word/Office tables with x columns and x rows.)
In addition to the
first column that shows keys PK
second column that shows the table column, I would like to add two more
columns where I could add a description of the column.
I would like to also have the datatype show up in the 4th and final column.
Is my question clear? Is this possible? Otherwise I have to go into Word
and create a table for each database table with 4 columns and as many rows as
there are columns in each database table.
thank you!
