Insert full A4 image as background in Word Document

Hi there,

Can anyone please tell me how to insert a full A4 image into the
background of a word document??? I need this done for a client but i
dont have a clue how to do it.

Any ideas or help appreciated.

I'm not sure what an A4 image is, but you can insert any image as a
background or as a watermark. Insert | Picture | File | right-click
and Format Picture | Picture | Color | washout.
