Insert Hidden text to Excel Cell from COM Add-in

Hi All,
I am developing an Excel COM Add-in. I want to insert some hidden
text to Excel Cell.

Actually I want to store some attributes of the contents of the cell
and I don't want user to see these attributes, User should be able to
see only the cell contents.

Is there any way to achieve the above functionality in a COM add-in?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
