insert image to OneNote programatically

Sure, there's a OneNote API that consists of a few basic methods and an XML
schema. You basically create an XML document, put the image in there, then
import the XML into OneNote. There's no official documentation on it that I
can find other than a two part "What's new in OneNote 2007 for developers"
article.
