I have a form with two text boxes - one for a start time (formatted as a
Medium Date - e.g., 4:30 PM) and the other for end time. I would like to set
up the form so that when the user tabs to the control, the text is inserted
from the right rather than the left (i.e., the user does not need to type a
"0" or leading blank for single digit hours).
