insert jpeg image into signature

using outlook 2003 with Vista....need to insert logo (jpeg) into signature for outgoing email...seemed to be impossible..used work around thru Word (email sign) but spacing is now off. How can I correct spacing balace?.

In which way is the spacing off?
If you mean between line breaks, use SHIFT+ENTER to go to the next line
instead of ENTER.
SHIFT+ENTER will create a proper line break where ENTER would create a new
paragraph.
