Insert Landscape pages in a document MS Word 2003

hi,

i am writing a report and i need to insert a couple of tables and
pictures which are in a separate files. But these tables and pictures
have landscape page set up. My main document has portrait setup. if i
try to insert them it is messing up the whole page setup(either whole
document as landscape or portrait).

How do i tackle this?
