Insert Logo into PPT Picture is Blank

OP = XP Office 2002 sp3 - word2003 sp1

Trying to insert company logo, but picuter is BLANK....Any ideas?

Logo is a Tagged Image File Format (TIFF)

I am able to insert logo in word 2003 sp1 no problem.......
