Placing text beside a picture

I am looking for an "easy" way to place text beside a picture.

Specifically, I am trying to place a company name beside the logo. The
logo is inserted into the Header as a picture. Try as I might, I cannot
seem to find a good way to format the remainder of the heard with
company name, address, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas?
