Insert Menu has got disabled?

Somehow my "Insert" Menu has been disabled.

I can't seem to remember what caused it. Now I have
restarted Windows and Excel but even when I open a new
file or existing file the "Insert" menu is still greyed
out.
What do I do?

Press Alt/F11, then Ctrl/G, then type this:
Commandbars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Controls("Insert").Enabled = True
or perhaps
Commandbars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Reset
(in case other commands are greyed out on the insert menu!)

Then press Alt/Q
