Insert outlook mails as attachemnt without inserting as object

Hi i have a problm while inserting a outlook mail in excel sheet. every time
i have to go to Insert>oject> and then brows the location where it is to be
inserted. Is there any other less time consuming way of attaching any mail in
excel sheet
