Insert Point in Outlook Stationery

In a stationery (.htm) file for Outlook, is there a way to specify where the
cursor should start out? I know in Outlook Express you can do this with
<SPAN id="_AthCaret"></SPAN>, but this doesn't seem to work in Outlook (2000
at least).
