"Insert Smart Card" when opening database

When I open one of my databases in Access 2007, I get a message to Insert an
O2 smart card - I have never had a smart card on my PC nor used one with this
database - has anyone seen anything similar? How do I fix this?

What is the exact error message?

Is there a linked table in the MDB pointing to a unusual drive letter
which is a smart card slot on your PC?

Tony,

Thanks for the response but there are no linked tables in this database.
It's a replica of a Design Master and just has the tables when then is used
by a forms front end.

The exact text of the message is "Please insert a smart card"

If this wasn't a replica I'd suggest importing the data into a new
MDB. Given that this is a replica I'd suggest making a new replica
of the master database. Assuming that's the appropriate
terminology for a replica as I've never worked with them.
