insert spelled page numberes

i need to be able do set up 'jounalism' header. tis requires a spelled out
page number i.e. one, two, three.

Add the \*CardText switch to the PAGE field. If you want the numbers
capitalized (One, Two, Three), add the \*FirstCap switch.
