Insert "Warning Message"

Using MSPserver2003/ENT,
How do I add a warning message to MSPro so when a Project manager clicks on
and tries to change the default calendar they get a message that pops up
warning them? Also how do I make the calendar read only even if changes to
calendar are going to be kept locally?

I can't think of a way to add a warning message. You can, however, set
project server not to allow local base calendars. Enterprise base calendars,
and resource calendars are read-only to those who do not have permission to
change them.
