Inserted Chart appears blank??

I was wondering if anyone has run into this problem. I
have one user if he inserts a Chart (Insert>Picture>Chart)
the box where the chart is supposed to be can be seen, but
you can not see the chart. If you do a print prefview or
edit you can see it.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Scott,

Check the setting "Picture placeholders" in
Tools/Options/View. Make sure it is NOT activated.
