inserted clipart missing in office documents

I go to insert clipart orsaved images into office doc -pub word 2003 there is
a box so i know the process was done but I can not see the image ..it will
print though even if I can not see the clipart in print preview help...Is it
the antivirus program as that seems to be the only thing that has changed on
system as this workked before.

Turn off picture placeholders in Tools/Options menu.

In Word go to Tools | Options | View Tab | Uncheck Picture Placeholders
