Inserted excel file is distorted & does'nt fit right on pages
I'm trying to insert excel files into Word but the data does'nt fit the page
since the excel files are horizontal. I used the lanscape page set up but all
i can see is the first and last part of the excel file....everything in the
middle does'nt show!
i used copy & paste but this is not practicle at all since i have many excel
files with many worsheets to transfer to word!

If i use "Insert File" and then choose the "entire worksheet" or a specific
worksheet, the data will be distorted on top of not fitting the page!

In Word i tried - Table - Autofit, split table, convert
- Options - Wrap to Window............nothing worked.

Im using Word and Excel 2000 (9.0)

Try using one of the Edit > Paste Special options. I would suggest either a
Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet Object or Picture (Windows metafile). If
you don't need to edit or update the result, the Picture (Windows metafile)
option is best, since the Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object option embeds the
entire workbook, while the Picture option inserts only a picture of the
current selection. Here you want to select Paste as your option.

If you need to edit or update the inserted worksheet, select the type of
object to insert and click Paste link.

You can size the inserted worksheet by clicking on the sheet, then clicking
Format > Object and on the Size tab adjust the size to fix the page.
Alternately, you can drag the corner of the "picture" to get proper sizing.
