in My outlook 2003, I've inserted a picture into the message body but the
picture is blank. I can see the boarders of the picture but it's blank. I
have my email set for the HTML format and Word as my editor. I'm not running
in Cached mode. I'm using a POP account and not Exchange. any ideas???
