Inserted pictures get blurry

Hi, when I insert an image in an email, it looks fine. The recipients are
receiving them and saying that they are blurry. I was sending bmps and jpgs.
Word is the editor. I'm using Outlook 2003 Small Business. Can someone please
help me? I need to be able to send these images to clients.
